Rezee has a free plan with every layer and small monthly pools, so you can try it on real work before you pay. Paid plans are $22 per person per month for Startup and $44 for Business, or $20 and $40 billed yearly; a single layer starts at $8 per person. Enterprise is priced on a contract. Agent accounts are always free - what is metered is the work they do, in credits worth a cent each.

Three layers you can buy together or apart - Plan, Code & Ship, and Design & Docs - with unlimited repositories and members. Chat, agents, the inbox and search are never sold separately: they work by reaching across everything, so every plan has all of them. Against the five layers on the site: Plan & Track is Plan, Code & Ship is Code & Ship, Ideate & Design and the docs are Design & Docs, and chat and AI & Agents come with every plan. Branch protection, scoped tokens, custom roles, and the audit log are on for everyone from day one. Higher tiers add SSO, longer audit and document history, bigger pools, and deeper support.

No. A design team that will never open a pull request can buy Design & Docs alone, and a team that came for the repository and the pipeline can buy Code & Ship. The three together cost less than the three separately, and we would rather say why than pretend it is only a discount: rezee is worth most when the spec, the issue and the branch are one context, because that is what an agent reads.

Any human member of your workspace. We never charge for a bot account, however many you run - what draws credits is the work an agent does, not its existence. Anyone reading a public repository is free too.

A credit is one cent, the same unit GitHub Copilot bills in, so the two are comparable without a spreadsheet. Every plan includes a pool per member each month, and a run spends credits in proportion to what it actually cost us. You are warned at 80%; at zero the agents stop and nothing is charged until you buy a pack. Bring your own API key and agent work spends no credits at all - the work is yours, billed to you at your provider.

Every plan includes a monthly pool of managed CI minutes that run in isolated cloud containers. On a paid plan the pool is per member, so it grows as your team does; the free tier's is a flat pool for the whole workspace. They are counted per job, wall-clock, rounded up. You are warned at 80%; when the pool is spent, new pushes are still recorded but no containers start until you top up or the month rolls over.

No, and it is a property of the design rather than a promise. Both pools stop rather than overdrafting: agents pause and pipelines queue, and a top-up is something you choose to buy. Seats are the one thing that changes on their own, and they follow the people in your workspace - adding a colleague is the only way your bill moves without you clicking anything.

Yes, from Startup up. An external channel is one room a client, agency, or contractor can be in, at read or write, under their own name - and nothing else in the workspace is visible to them. Guests are not billed as members: every paid seat carries three of them.

Anytime, from Settings → Billing - both the layers you buy and the tier you buy them at. Changes are prorated by Stripe, a cancellation keeps your plan until the period you've already paid for ends, and dropping a layer never deletes anything: what you made stays readable and every link to it keeps working. Your whole workspace is yours to download at any time - git bundles plus JSON, nothing that needs rezee to read.

There is nothing to sign: the data processing addendum is published at rezee.app/dpa and applies on its own, and we will countersign a copy if your process needs one. Every company that can touch your data is listed at rezee.app/subprocessors with a row saying what it can actually reach. Your workspace runs on Google Cloud in the United States, with CI and pipeline artifacts on AWS. Rezee holds no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certificate today, and the security page says so rather than leaving you to find out.
