Terms of Service

The agreement between your team and ours: what you can expect from Rezee, and what we expect back.

Last updated 10 September 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you and Akshar Software LLP, the company that operates Rezee, registered at Purushottam, Dhebar Road, Rajkot 360002, Gujarat, India. Creating an account or using Rezee accepts them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it, and "you" means that company.

Accounts

You need to be 16 or older and give us an email address that reaches you. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the credentials that reach it, including personal access tokens and SSH keys. Tell us at security@rezee.app if you think one has leaked; you can revoke any of them yourself at any time.

A workspace has an owner, and the owner decides who else is in it and what they may do. Within a workspace, what the owner says goes: they can add and remove members, read what the workspace contains, and export or delete the whole thing.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right you have in what you put into Rezee. You give us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store it, transmit it, back it up, index it for search, render it in the product, and pass it to a language model when you ask an agent to work on it. That licence ends when the content is deleted, apart from copies in backups until they roll off.

We do not use your content to train models, and we do not show it to anyone outside the list on /subprocessors.

What you may not do with it

  • Break the law with it, or store material that is unlawful to hold.
  • Attack the service or anyone else through it: no probing other tenants, no attempts on other people's accounts, no using our CI runners to attack third parties, mine cryptocurrency, send bulk email or proxy traffic.
  • Take the service down for others: no deliberate overload, no circumventing rate limits or the CI and agent quotas your plan comes with.
  • Resell Rezee, or run it as a service for someone else, without a written agreement with us.

If something you do threatens the service or another customer we may suspend it immediately and tell you why. Everything else gets a warning first.

Agents and model output

Agents are useful and they are not correct. Anything an agent writes - code, a document, a review, a plan - is a draft that a person is responsible for. We do not warrant that model output is accurate, original or fit for anything, and you should not merge it because an agent was confident. Actions that cannot be undone stop for human approval by design; do not build a process that removes that step and then treat the result as reviewed.

Plans, payment and quotas

Prices are on the pricing page, in USD, per member per month, and taxes including GST are added where they apply. Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Adding members mid-cycle is prorated; removing them takes effect at the next renewal.

CI minutes and agent credits come in pools sized by your plan. When a pool is empty, work that needs it stops until the pool resets or you buy more; nothing is silently billed past a limit you set.

Cancel whenever you like and you keep the plan until the period you have paid for ends. We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it or where we terminated your account without cause, in which case we refund the unused remainder pro rata. If a payment fails we will chase it for a while, then move the workspace to the free plan rather than delete anything.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email, taking effect at your next renewal.

Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime and publish what we actually achieved, measured by the deployment itself, on /status. That is a target we work to rather than a warranty, and it does not come with service credits. Planned maintenance that will be visible gets notice where we can give it.

Leaving

You can export a workspace from its settings and clone every repository with ordinary git, at any time, without asking us. Do that before you close anything: deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Deleting an account also deletes any workspace you were the only member of, and one you shared with somebody else stays with them. Copies survive only in backups, which roll off within 30 days. We would rather be chosen than retained, which is why the export is a feature rather than a favour.

We may terminate for a material breach of these terms that you have not fixed within 14 days of us telling you, or immediately for the conduct in "What you may not do with it" above.

What we do not promise

Rezee is provided as it is. Beyond what this agreement says and what the law will not let us disclaim, we make no warranties - not of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that any defect will be fixed. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; the export and the backups exist so that is easy, not so it is our job.

Liability

Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or USD 100 if you paid us nothing. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We will email account owners at least 30 days before a material change and update the date at the top. If you do not accept the new version, stop using Rezee before it takes effect and we will refund any unused prepaid period.

Governing law

The law of India governs this agreement, and the courts at Rajkot, India have exclusive jurisdiction. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable the rest stays in force.
